about.

Phoëbe is a Psychologist and yoga teacher with an MSc in Psychology and over a decade of experience supporting vulnerable communities across global NGOs, weaving together neuroscience, psychology and yogic practices to guide emotional release and reconnection to the body, supporting physical and emotional wellbeing.

Each private session is tailored to your body - meeting you where you are, whether your goals are to reduce stress, increase mobility, or deepen self-awareness. My aim is to help you cultivate resilience, balance, and presence through movement and reflection.

I offer private one-to-one sessions, small group classes, and bespoke wellbeing packages in and around Bristol, as well as online.
