ingredients.
¼ cup soaked oats
1 tablespoon lemon zest
15 macadamia nuts
⅕ cup raspberries
¼ teaspoon vanilla
½ unripe banana
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
1 cup coconut milk (Rude Health)
Soak your oats overnight in your coconut milk (this helps to break down the starch making it easier for you body to digest).
In the morning, finely chop your macadamia nuts and raspberries, and mash your banana.
Add to your oats along with the lemon zest, vanilla, and desiccated coconut.
Either place in the microwave for 2 minutes, or add to a pan and stir on a medium heat for around 4 minutes (your choice).
