ingredients.

¼ cup soaked oats

1 tablespoon lemon zest

15 macadamia nuts

⅕ cup raspberries

¼ teaspoon vanilla

½ unripe banana

1 tablespoon desiccated coconut 

1 cup coconut milk (Rude Health)


  • Soak your oats overnight in your coconut milk (this helps to break down the starch making it easier for you body to digest).

  • In the morning, finely chop your macadamia nuts and raspberries, and mash your banana.

  • Add to your oats along with the lemon zest, vanilla, and desiccated coconut.

  • Either place in the microwave for 2 minutes, or add to a pan and stir on a medium heat for around 4 minutes (your choice).
